Sometime during the next twelve months, Cilo Cybin Pharmaceutical Ltd. is planning on going public. The company was the first in South Africa to produce marijuana products.
Cilo Cybin is planning on going public on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange and possibly another exchange in Europe.
In addition to cannabis, the company is planning on expanding into the business of psilocybin, the most active psychedelic ingredient in magic mushrooms.
The company recently applied for a research permit for using psilocybin to treat PTSD, anxiety, and depression.
